| The left door fit was unusually poor. The belt had a 1/4" gap at the center. The photo shows the edge built up with weld, filing and fitting, and finally bead blasted after final dressing inside and out. |

| The door opening had been badly damaged and filled with brass. The only way to properly repair was to replace the damaged section. The patch was from a destroyed quarter, but needed considerable repair before it could be used. Fortunately, when it was finally welded into place and dressed it required no additional fillers. |

| Everything was pre fitted (several times!) with the body bolted to the frame. The original floor pans required a few patches and considerable shrinking of stretched/damaged metal. Here they are all being checked for fit since they were to be riveted back into place AFTER final painting. |
